Abstract

Perylene bisimides form a unique class of organic semiconductors, in this investigation two symmetrical perylene bisimides caped with 1-butyl (B-PTCDI) and 4, 4-diethoxybutyl (DB- PTCDI) have been synthesized and characterized.
