Abstract
EXPERIMENTAL3 20-(2€ hlo~ oe~ hyl) phenosazine. A solution (45 ml.) of 0.068 mole of n- butyllithium in mixed pentane-heptane solvent (Foote Mineral Co. product) nas added gradually (nitrogen atmosphere) tc a solution of 11.5 g.(0.063 mole) of phenoxa-zinc'in 75 nil. of dry benzene.
