Abstract

To explore the structural requirements of (+)-cis-khellactone derivatives as novel anti-HIV agents, 24 monosubstituted 3', 4'-di-O-(S)-camphanoyl-(+)-cis-khellactone (DCK) derivatives were synthesized asymmetrically.
