Abstract Forty-three oxime derivatives were synthesized by allowing O- benzylhydroxylamines to react with primary benzaldehydes or salicylaldehydes; these products were gauged as potential inhibitors of β-ketoacyl-(acyl-carrier-protein) synthase III (FabH).
