Abstract

Abstract Chiral sulfoxides were prepared in excellent enantioselectivity through α′, β- elimination of the tert-butyl substituted sulfoxonium ylide intermediates in situ generated from diazoacetates and (R)-N-tert-butylsulfinyl aldimines in the presence of a copper (I) catalyst.
