Abstract
Monoclonal antibody 1E9, which catalyzes the [4+ 2] cycloaddition between tetrachlorothiophene dioxide and N-ethylmaleimide, has been re-engineered for production as a chimeric human murine Fab fragment in Escherichia coli.
