Abstract

The utility of alkyl, alkenyl, and aryl organocuprate (1) reagents for the formation of carbon- carbon u bonds via conjugate addition to alp-unsaturated carbonyl compounds2 and homoconjugate addition to cyclopropyl carbonyl compounds3 has been demonstrated.
