Abstract

Abstract The alkyl-chlorosilyl-peroxides 1 and 2, the alkoxysilylalkyl-peroxides 3 to 7 (Table 1) as well as the hitherto unknown chlorosilanes (n-Pr O) Me 2 SiCl and (t-Bu O) Me 2 SiCl were prepared, isolated and characterized by analytical and 1 H-NMR data. Attempts to isolate the unstable peroxides (i-Pr O) 3 SiOOC Me 3 and (Me 3 CO) Me 2 SiOOC Me 2 Ph failed.
