Abstract
Some quinuclidines possess pronounced m-and n-choline blocking, antiarrhythmic, antihistaminic, and antiinflammatory activity. Some compunds of this chemical type have found application in medicine as drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular, allergic and other conditions (such as the ganglion-blockers imequin and temequin [2], and the histamine H: receptor blocker fencarol [i]).
