Abstract

Abstract Herein, we report the synthesis and pharmacological properties of several series of pyridazine and pyridazinone derivatives. All the synthesized compounds were tested, in vivo, for their anti-inflammatory and ulcerogenic properties against indomethacin, as a reference compound.
