Abstract
Results and Discussion Se-Phenyl p-tolueneselenosulfonate (la) and Se-phenyl benzeneselenosulfonate (lb)(Chart I) were obtained from the oxidation of the corresponding sulfonohydrazides with benzeneseleninic acid.* The reaction of la with cyclohexene in dichloromethane solution at room temperature proved too sluggish to be of value.
