Abstract
Asymmetric hydroformylation has been primarily focused on monosubstituted and 1, 2- disubstituted alkenes. In this Perspective, progress in enantioselective hydroformylation of terminal disubstituted alkenes is outlined on the basis of different categories of substrates.
