Abstract
The use of neopentylphosphine ligands in the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki, Sonogashira, Heck, and Hartwig–Buchwald couplings of aryl bromides and chlorides are reported. Di-tert- butylneopentylphosphine (DTBNpP) provided highly active catalysts for the coupling of aryl bromides at mild temperatures.
