Abstract

In this paper, we demonstrate the applicability of water-soluble p-dimethylaminoethyl substituted phosphinomethanethiol in acetyl transfer reactions by the traceless Staudinger ligation with unprotected ε-azido lysine containing peptides in aqueous buffer systems.
