Abstract
The estrogen receptors ERα and ERβ are recognized as important pharmaceutical targets for a variety of diseases including osteoporosis and breast cancer. A series of novel benzoxepin-derived compounds are described as potent selective modulators of the human estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs).
