Abstract

Attempts have been made to correlate the electric moments of a series of non-cyclic nitrarnines and nitrosamiries 15 ith the moments of some homologous dinitroso-and dinitropiperazines. According to the high polarizations these IU, K'-disubstituted piperazines exist neither in orthodox crown nor boat conformations and instead are complex oscillators which have heen called “flexible” forms.
