Abstract

Isoniazid-NAD truncated adducts embedding a lipophilic fragment were designed, synthesized and evaluated as inhibitors of the enoyl-acyl carrier protein (ACP) reductase (InhA) of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and as antimycobacterial agents.
