Abstract
The hydrochlorides of 1-piperidino, 1-dimethylamino and l-dibenzylamino-2, 3- dichloropropane have been prepared by chlorine addition to the corresponding allylamine hydrochlorides. Compared with 2-piperidino-1, 3-dichloropropane hydrochloride, the l- piperidino-2, 3-dichloropropane hydrochloride is thermally more stable.
