Abstract

A series of aralkylphenoxyethylamine and aralkylmethoxyphenylpiperazine compounds was synthesized and their in vitro pharmacological profile at both 5-HT1A receptors and α1- adrenoceptor subtypes was measured by binding assay and functional studies.
