Abstract

A series of 19 new compounds related to pyrazinamide were synthesized, characterized with analytical data and screened for in vitro whole cell antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv, Mycobacterium kansasii and two types of Mycobacterium avium.
