Abstract A novel series 7 (a–f) 3-[5-(4-substituted) phenyl-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole-2yl]-2 phenylquinazoline-4 (3 H)-ones have been synthesized and screened for its anticonvulsant and neurotoxic activity.
