Abstract: A series of i, 2-aminoalkanol derivatives were prepared and evaluated for anticonvulsant activity in the maxima] electroshock seizure (MES) and subcutaneous pentylenetetrazole seizure threshold (scMet) assays and for neurotoxicity (TOX).
