Abstract
Alumina-supported copper sulfate efficiently catalyzes electrophilic substitution in organoborane, organosilanes, and organostannanes by phenylselenium bromide providing a novel and efficient route to the synthesis of unsymmetrical diaryl and alkyl aryl selenides.
