Abstract
A series of derivatives of 1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydroquinazolin-4-one were found to exhibit diuretic, antiinflammatory, sedative, local anesthetic, choleric, analgetic, antihistaminic, and myorelaxant activity [1-6]. In subsequent work [7], we obtained derivatives of 4-oxo-1, 2, 3, 4- tetrahydroquinazolinone by the following scheme.
