Abstract
f)-(Z)-2-(Aminomethyl)-l-phenylcyclopropane-~~-diethylcarboxamide(milnacipran, l), a clinically useful antidepressant, and its derivatives were prepared by an improved method and were evaluated as NMDA receptor antagonists.
