Abstract

Abstract We describe the synthesis of biotin end functionalized poly (sulfonic acid) s via living radical polymerization (LRP) for conjugation to Avidin. Quartz crystal microbalance (QCM-D) and competitive binding studies were used to confirm this conjugation.
