Abstract

1. The stereoselectivity of thiol addition to dehydrodipeptides was examined under various conditions, Thiolate-catalyzed addition of thiols to dehydroalanyl-prolineamides (7-10) results in formation of D-cysteinyl-peptides with high optical yields.
