Abstract

Abstract The hydrosilylation of various fluorinated olefins and of a diene with different chlorosilanes and with a tri (fluoroalkyl) silane, in the presence of a peroxide or a Pt catalyst, is reported. The reactivity is influenced considerably by the structure of the silane and of the fluorinated olefin.
