Abstract

Figure 1.-The nmr signal of H4 of 1 with atoms decoupled. the aryl hydrogen been reported by MoritaSa His finding that 5 J~~ was undetectably small was confirmed in this study. The geometry presumably necessary for the maximum indirect coupling between the hydrogen and fluorine nuclei is attained in compounds 1-3.
