Abstract

Abstract A copper-catalyzed migratory oxidative-coupling reaction between nitrones and various ethers/amines exhibited high functional-group tolerance. Even in aqueous media, the reaction proceeded efficiently. For practical use of this catalysis, a unique sequential Huisgen cycloaddition was demonstrated.
