Abstract

A variety of phosphorylated N-aryl and N-alkyl N-formyl and N-tert- butoxycarbonylaminomethyl derivatives have been efficiently prepared by treatment of the corresponding chloromethyl derivatives with a trialkyl phosphite or an alkyl diphenylphosphinite.
