Abstract

A hydroamination–double hydroarylation cascade using aniline derivatives bearing a trienyne moiety as the substrate was efficiently promoted by a gold (I) catalyst to produce benzo [a] naphtho [2, 1-c] carbazole derivatives in good yields.
