Abstract
Derivatives of natural quinones with biological activities, such as lapachol, α-and β- lapachones, have been synthesized and their trypanocidal activity evaluated in vitro in Trypanosoma cruzi cells. All tested compounds inhibited epimastigote growth and trypomastigote viability.
