Abstract
The N-substituted aminobenzophenones (II) were obtained by the method described in [3, 4]. Compounds I (a, cf, h, j, k, m, p) are described in [5]. The structures of the previously unreported benzodiazocines I (Table I) were confirmed by IR, UV, and mass-spectroscopy. The IR spectra of compound I contain a band at 1680-1665 cm-~ due to the stretching vibrations of the carbonyl groupj a band at 1615-1605 cm-I due to the azomethine bond, ...
