Abstract

New nitrogen mustards, derivatives of phosphoric and sulfonic aromatic acids, are also reported. relation between hydrolysis rate of these S-mustards and basicity of precurqor amines was established. hancement of the hydrolysis rate due to the steric effect of o-methyl groapq was pointed out. n as tested against Jensen sarcoma, Walker 256 carcinosarcoma, and Gu6rin T8 carcinoma.
