Abstract
Abstract In addition of lithium cycloheptadienide (LiC 7 H 8 R; R= hydrogen, methyl and n- butyl) to lanthanide and actinide chlorides results in the facile formation of the cycloheptatrienyl trianion complexed to the metal ion.
