Abstract

We have recently reported convenient syntheses of dipeptides and primary amides via mixed carbonic carboxylic anhydrides. 1 In these reports, we have showed that primary amines and ammonia work as an active nucleophile on the reaction of mixed carbonic carboxylic anhydrides in aqueous organic solvent.
