Abstract

Using UV–vis spectrometrical measurements, equilibrium constants for NO transfer between S-nitroso-N-acetyl-penicillamine (SNAP) and different thiols as well as kinetic data for NO transfer from S-nitroso bovine serum albumin (BSANO) to thiols have been obtained.
