Abstract
A series of 3-substituted uridine and pseudouridine derivatives, based on the naturally occurring 3-(3-amino-3-carboxypropyl) modification, were synthesized. Their aqueous solution conformations were determined by using circular dichroism and NMR spectroscopy.
