Abstract
Different derivatization procedures were assayed to simultaneously analyse iminosugars such as deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) or fagomine and other carbohydrates of low molecular weight by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC–MS) in Morus sp.
