Abstract

The Hammell a Constants for the Cyc/opropyi Group is to determine the u constants of the cyc1opropyl group from the dissociation constants of the p-, and m-cyc1opropylbenzoic acids and to compare the values obtained with the u constants for some alkyl groups in order to provide additional evidence on the behaviour of the cyc1opropyl group when attached to a conjugated system.
