Abstract
Compound Os3 (CO) 12 catalyzes alkane oxidation primarily to alkyl hydroperoxides by hydrogen peroxide in an acetonitrile solution at 60° C if pyridine is added in a low concentration. The turnover number (TON) attains 60 000, and the turnover frequency is 24
