Abstract
The title total synthesis was achieved by employing deconjugative asymmetric α- sulfenylation of the chiral 3-(α, β, γ, δ-unsaturated acyl) oxazolidin-2-one with a 3, 3- dimethoxypropyl methanethiosulfonate as a key step.
