Abstract
Xenon-129 biosensors offer an attractive alternative to conventional MRI contrast agents due to the chemical shift sensitivity and large nuclear magnetic signal of hyperpolarized 129Xe. Here, we report the first enzyme-responsive 129Xe NMR biosensor.
