Abstract
The recent design of new borazine-based polymers for use as processable precursors to boron nitride2 has stimulated new studies of the development of high yield selective routes for borazine derivatization. The substitution of the reactive hydrogens present in the parent borazine, B3N3H6, can significantly alter both molecular and polymeric properties, including chemical and thermal stabilities, viscosities, and polymer cross-linking pathways.
