Abstract

The behavior toward polyphosphoric acid of arylhydrazones of aromatic carbonyl compounds (anisaldehyde, substituted benzophenones,(4-methoxypheny1) glyoxylic acid esters) and arylaliphatic ketones (4-methoxy-and 4-minoacetophenone) is described.
