Abstract

A versatile regioepecific synthesis has been developed to prepare the six dimethyl-and trimethyl-substituted 2-aminoimidazoquinoxaline (IQx) regioisomera 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40 for complete and unambiguous characterization.
