Abstract
We report an efficient synthetic approach for well-designed organic-bridged alkoxysilanes, which allow the formation of highly functional organosilica hybrids under mild sol–gel conditions. A series of molecular building blocks containing a triisopropoxysilyl group were synthesized and used in cross-coupling reactions.
