Abstract

Abstract A total synthesis of the proposed structures of fulicineroside and its aglycone fulicinerine is reported. The tetrasubstituted dibenzofuran substructure was accessible either through a Pd-mediated ortho-metalation or by an Ir-catalyzed meta-borylation.
