Abstract
A new highly efficient MICROCOS technology (Microwave-assisted Combinatorial Synthesis) for generating combinatorial libraries is described. The technology is applied to the high throughput, automated, one-step, parallel synthesis of diverse substituted pyridines using the Hantzsch synthesis.
